Pedagogical work in child and youth welfare institutions: a dangerous activity
The youth welfare service suffers from a shortage of skilled workers and records a lot of lost work and a high staff turnover. This research examines stresses and personal limit violations that educational professionals face during daily work. To record these pressures, 319 educational employees in Swiss child and youth welfare institutions were interviewed using questionnaires.
