LOOK TWICE – schools are looking; Prevention, participation and a culture of conflict made to measure
“LOOK TWICE – schools look” is a targeted offer for schools to develop a tailor-made program. LOOK TWICE is carried out over one calendar year in schools in the federal state of Salzburg to implement a constructive culture of conflict in schools and to promote the participation of pupils and parents. The needs of the school are ascertained in a detailed discussion. An individual violence prevention offer for the school location is then agreed upon within the framework of a steering group. The program developed in this way can – depending on requirements – include various things: workshops with school classes, specific training for the staff, mediation, supervision, individual coaching, parents’ evenings, etc.
