Blossom Ireland compiled this resource. Their vision is to create an inclusive society for young people with intellectual disabilities. This resource contains a set of downloadable worksheets to help distressed students name their emotions and, significantly in the case of early childhood trauma, to identify the location of that emotion in the somatic body.
