The regional law legislates childhood promotion, care and protection in Castilla y León. Article 21.1 safeguards children’s rights to honour, privacy and self-image. The main aim of this article is to offer protective action and administrative intervention to any underage person subjected to sexual aggression, ill-treatment or any other traumatic experience.
