Adaptation, Validity And Reliability Study Of The Post-Childhood Emotional Stress Scale
This thesis study was conducted to determine the reliability and validity of the Turkish adaptation of the Childhood Post-Traumatic Emotional Stress Scale (PEDS). PEDS is a scale used to evaluate post-traumatic stress symptoms in children aged 2 to 10. It consists of 21 items and is scored as a Likert type. Only the first 17 items are included in the statistical analysis. The method used, obtaining official permissions for children, translating the scale into its native language, sampling, data collection tools, data entry, and statistical analysis, can be found in the method section. In addition, scales can be used as tools.
